Orders & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Refunds & Returns Jay's Goods acts as a retailer for products fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the supplying brand's policies. If you have an issue with your order, contact us and we will work with the supplier on your behalf to reach a resolution.

Shipping Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at the supplier's discretion.
